ConfirmAki PRO - Google Play

A guest list for your party, celebration, wedding, anniversary, birthday, graduation or business event. Ideal for registering the presence of guests at events. With the ConfirmAki solution (WEB panel + applications) it is easy to record the presence of guests through the digital reception.

With this application (PRO version), associated with a WEB service (via the acquisition of credits), you have a prior registration system for guests so that, at the time of the event, you can quickly mark the guests who attended and the number of companions . At the end of the event, you can upload the records made and, in the WEB environment, you have the attendance summary and the complete list of those who attended your party.

In the APP, everything is done offline, without the need for internet access. It can be used in traditional places or at a buffet, beach, farm, basement of a building or any other place where you don't have a Wi-Fi or 3G connection. Everything is done offline. In the process of downloading and uploading the information, you have the integration between the APP and the system in a WEB environment. In this single moment you need to have an internet connection to carry out the operations.

Ideal for use on tablets, it facilitates the location and quick registration of your guests.

You can indicate VIP groups of guests, which are highlighted. You can also indicate groups of guests so they can be seen quickly.

Your list may contain guests who have previously confirmed their presence and those who have not confirmed or those who are in doubt. On the reception screen, you can easily differentiate each situation.

Guests are searched by name or by all fields in the register (note, company, department, etc.).
